Postage

• Different postage services available. This service is available to the UK only. Premium services available at checkout.


• International delivery available (see postage costs). Royal mail service used, please allow an extra 10 days for delivery.


• Combine postage not available on items with free postage. For all other items please contact me before payment for a new invoice to be sent showing the postal reduction.


• All items are posted the day after recieving cleared payment. Items payed for on Saturday will be posted on Monday. If you have not recieved your item within 5 working days of payment please contact me. Proof of postage always retained for insurance purposes.

Returns

• Returns accepted minus postage charges. When postage is free, the cost of postage is still deducted. This cost will vary according to the weight of the item. If the is a fault with the item then postage costs will also be refunded.


• All returns must be sent back within 14 days from date of receipt.


• If you wish to return an item please contact me detailing the reason for return.


• If there any problems with the item please do not leave neutral or negative feedback. All items are described as honestly as possible. Please contact me with any issues. I aim to get back to you the same day.

Payment

• The following payment methods are accepted: Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Cash (collection only).


• Items are only dispatched after pament has cleared. If paying by cheque, please allow up to 5 working days for this to clear once it has been recieved.


• If you are paying by cheque or postal order please contact me. I will then notify you once this has been recieved.


• Please make payment within 7 days of commiting to buy or winning an auction.
